          美端午点儿需味却悠着粽子吃

            端午节马上就到了,悠着点儿粽子又将成为大家餐桌上的端午美味。不过,粽美关于粽子,需吃有这么几个“注意事项”,悠着点儿您知道吗?

            吃粽子时,端午要细嚼慢咽,粽美最好佐以汤或茶,需吃一边细嚼慢咽品尝粽子,悠着点儿这样有助于吞咽和消化。端午

            粽子所使用的粽美糯米黏性大,老人儿童肠胃功能相对较弱,需吃不宜吃得太多;粽子含糖量高,悠着点儿如不加节制,端午会引起患者血糖和尿糖迅速上升;而粽子蒸熟后会释放出一种胶性物质,粽美糯米也不易消化,因此不宜于胃肠道病患者食用。

            鉴别“返青粽叶”要一看二煮三闻:“返青粽叶”色泽青绿,看上去很漂亮;煮出的水会呈淡绿色;闻起来没有粽叶所具有的清香味。

            糯米有益气健脾、开胃消食的作用,但一定要热着吃。冷藏时最好不要超过3天,食用时再加热,但不要多次重复加热。
